Ryan Silver and WCEUA create Diversity Coalition to support Minorities and LGBT Community

West Coast Elite UA and Ryan Silver are creating the Diversity Coalition Board to support Minorities and our LGBT players and Coaches.  The goal is to further enhance and support minority/LGBT players and Coaches and make sure we are clear in our core belief that we support all players and Coaches.  We will also create the Diversity Fund to financially support these groups. Coach Donley Minor will spearhead and will be Chairman of Diversity Coalition Board of Directors.

Wallace Moore has been a staple in the Los Angeles basketball community for decades. He has won multiple Drew League titles and has been helping players from South Los Angeles reach their goals of playing college basketball and receive their degree. 

Denice Feldhaus is a coach in the West Coast Elite UA San Diego program. She has been an influential voice in San Diego basketball along with equality initiatives for the state of California. 

Donley Minor is the Director of the West Coast Elite UAA program and a lifelong resident of Compton, CA. Minor has been an influential voice for players and families from inner city communities.

Marnie Carter is the Director of the West Coast Elite UA Girls NorCal program. She has been a catalyst to expanding opportunities for girls in the Northern California area and expanding the girls basketball space. 

Michelle Chevalier is the Head Women's Coach at Pierce College. Coach Chevalier has been in womens basketball for decades with stops at Sylmar High School, Chatsworth High School, along with an impactful playing career at Cal State Northridge. She has been influential in expanding opportunities for young women across the Southern California area with her work in youth sports. 

Nadine Walker is the Head Varsity Girls coach at St. Patrick St Vincent in Northern California and the Director of the West Coast Elite UA Girls Nor Cal program. She has been influential to building girls basketball in the NorCal area and expanding access to girls in the sport.
